The primary role of a Ministry Leader is to develop authentic Christ-sharing relationships with lost teens in order to help them see, hear, understand, and respond to the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Our desire is to help you be as effective as possible as you relationally invest in students and share the hope of Jesus. We believe a commitment of 2-5 hours will help you develop a more consistent presence in kids’ lives that will lead to greater trust and greater ministry opportunities.

  • Must be a fully committed follower of Jesus Christ.
  • Commitment to personal and spiritual growth and development.

Time Commitment: 2-5 hours per week

  • Club, Small Group, or Events – 1-3 Hours
  • Relational Ministry Action "RMA" – 1-3 Hours

  • Engage students in authentic, Christ-sharing relationships inside as well as outside the club or small group setting.
  • Relationally disciple new believers (mentor and engage lost teens in an authentic Christ-sharing relationship).
  • Connect them with a local Church.

Engage with students as they arrive and throughout events. Club, Small Group, or an Event starts when the first teen arrives and ends when the last teen leaves. Help facilitate the program or study (games/discussion groups/wrap up/control chaos).
